After the initial 30 days no refund or credit will be issued on monthly plans.

No refund or credit will be issues for sites being transferred.

No refund or credit will be issues for any one time fees such as software licenses, setup fees etc.

For sites going offline a credit will be applied to your Action account after the plan has been converted to monthly.

Refund to credit card will have an administration fee applied however if the credit is applied to your Action account we will waive the administration fees.
