- After the initial 30 days no refund or credit will be issued.
- No refund or credit will be issues for sites being transferred.
- No refund or credit will be issues for any one time fees such as software licenses, setup fees etc.
- For sites going offline no refund or credit will be issued for remaining term however the plan can be used to host a new project. Refund to credit card where applicable will have an administration fee applied however if the credit is applied to your Action account we will waive the administration fees.
