- When a service is suspended due to payments not received there will be a late fee added to the outstanding invoice and billing will continue. However after 7 days if the service is still not paid, it will be terminated and once terminated all files and data including emails and email accounts are permanently deleted with no chance of recovery. All addons and options associated with this services will also be permanently deleted.
- When a site is suspended due to request there will be no fees however billing will continue and all files and data will remain in tack until the service is terminated.
